Nikki joined the Anthony Oskolkoff Agency in 2025 after many years in high-level customer service roles. With a decade spent working in local media, she has a deep familiarity with Lake Havasu’s community, its people, and the rhythm of the town. This gives her a natural connection with many of the clients she serves. Known for her steady presence, attentive communication, and patience under pressure, she quickly became a dependable part of the agency’s operations.
Licensed in Property and Casualty, Nikki issues policies, manages service requests, and provides clear, organized support to clients. She is highly resourceful and quick to navigate the systems and details required to resolve issues, often identifying solutions others might overlook.
Outside of work, Nikki enjoys time with her family, including her husband, two daughters, and their three dogs. She brings that same steadiness and reliability to her role in the agency.
